Do I need to be present while work is carried out on my yacht?
No. Many of our clients are not on site. We act as your local point of contact, supervise the work, and keep you informed through clear updates and photo documentation.
What types and sizes of yachts do you work with?
We work with both sailing and motor yachts of various sizes. Our services are adapted to the yacht’s systems, usage, and condition rather than fixed categories.
How do monthly care packages work in practice?
After an initial inspection, we agree on the appropriate level of care, visit frequency, and reporting. Packages are flexible and can be adjusted over time as your needs change.
Are you available if something unexpected comes up?
Yes. We remain available to our clients for any questions or situations that may arise. Whether it’s an urgent issue or general advice, we provide support, assess the situation, and coordinate the appropriate next steps.
Do you work with external contractors and suppliers?
Yes. For specialized tasks, we cooperate with trusted external professionals. All work is coordinated and supervised by CC Services to ensure consistent quality and clear communication.
Can monthly care be combined with one-time services or projects?
Yes. Monthly care covers regular supervision, while one-time services, upgrades, or refit projects are quoted and managed separately when required.
How often do you visit the yacht?
Visit frequency depends on the selected care level, yacht usage, and season. This is clearly agreed in advance and can be adjusted if circumstances change.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Poreč and primarily operate along the western coast of Istria. For specific projects, service outside this area can be arranged.
